The City of New Bedford Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the New Bedford Public Schools, is seeking bids from qualified respondents to provide Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, and On-Call Services to existing Elevators. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G. L. Chapter 149, Section 44A, et seq. and the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39S. Projects estimated to cost greater than $50,000 will be bidseparately under the auspices of MGL Ch. 149.
