The City of New Bedford Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Beaches, is seeking bids from qualified respondents for the removal and proper disposal of the ground tackle associated with anchor points installed for the former Altitude H20 Waterpark in 2019, located off East Beach, East Rodney French Boulevard, in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of
M.G.L. Chapter 30 §39M.
