• Remove existing coating completely at areas indicated on both fire station apparatus bay floors, and as required by new coating system manufacturer. • Removal & replacement of all sealant control joints & sealant joints located under doors and within the project area. • Random removal & repairs of damaged horizontal concrete slab areas. • Rout and seal cracks within the slab on grade, as required by the coating system manufacturer. • Install new sealant joint between concrete apron and wall, and all control joints within the project area. • Applying a vehicular traffic coating system (color to be red) to the existing concrete slabs at both fire stations. • Paint line striping to match existing. • Clean & recoat all yellow concrete column bases. • Apply gray vehicular traffic coating to the existing concrete aprons at the Andover Town Fire Department Building only.
