The successful proposer will be responsible for operating and maintaining high standards that meet and exceed all applicable codes for providing quality food, beverage, and liquor service at the Bass River Clubhouse Restaurant. The primary responsibility will be to serve the golfers using the facility. The Food and Beverage Concession is a crucial part of the facility. Our numbers continue to increase at both courses, essentially providing a clear customer base for any restaurant provider. We believe the restaurant will add to our attraction and will help attract both golfers and non-golfers to the golf course. This can eventually provide an excellent business opportunity for the successful proposer to offer banquet facilities for private and golf functions. The golf course operation requires the successful proposer to provide service in a fast and efficient manner to avoid delaying play. Providing service to golfers during a round is essential for efficiency and customer enjoyment. The service should maintain high standards in terms of service, selection, quality, efficiency, and quantity.
