• Full-service cafeteria services for the students, faculty, staff, and visitors of Roxbury Community College. o Vendors with infrastructure to support a grant-funded meal card program will receive favorable scoring; see evaluation process for details. • Full-service catering services: o Present RCC-funded catering opportunities include College's board meetings, academic programming and award ceremonies, commencement exercises, student activities, fundraising galas and other special events being offered by the College. The College currently spends on average $109,000 a year on catering services. o External groups renting space for events at the College and the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center must give the college's catering service the right of first refusal; provided that the services required are within the scope of the vendor. • Operation of the food concession stand at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center for track meets and other athletic events at the Center. Historically, most concessions sales occur from November – March, when the Center hosts multiple high school track meets every day. • Vending Services at the Reggie Lewis Center and Roxbury Community College. o Note: the earliest vending services can commence is January 2025.
