Provide cleaning, food and beverage function services in the community room located in the Bathing Beach Bath House located at 95 Otis Street, Hingham, MA. The community room is approximately 600 square feet in size, has heating/AC and overhead lighting, adjacent men’s and women’s room facilities and leads out to an exclusive outdoor deck area. The capacity of the room and outdoor area(s) would be determined by seating arrangements, etc. and use of outdoor temporary tent(s) in association with a function and would be subject to approval of Town officials. The community room is to be used primarily for public meetings, classes and other public purposes by the Town but may be occasionally used for private functions on a scheduled basis which may require the services of a caterer/function room operator as provided hereunder.
