The Contractor shall maintain all pre-vacuum pressurization type of leak test system on each centrifugal chiller system covered under this document. A pressurized nitrogen type of leak test shall not be performed on any centrifugal chiller systems requiring a pre-vacuum pressurization type of leak test, as defined herein, due to Environmental Protection Agency and clean air act regulations. This pre-vacuum pressurization leak test system is a part of each respective chiller system and shall be utilized and maintained by the Contractor throughout the Contract period. All costs, including materials and maintenance, associated with this leak test system, shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Systems shall be maintained during the operating season as well as during the winter season, and shall be checked at shutdown and during winter maintenance. K. The Contractor shall be responsible for sample removal and solution analysis of Lithium bromide and refrigerant water in each absorption chiller on an annual basis.
