Specifications include, but are not limited to: Processor must accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and branded debit cards as well as Apple Pay. Credit and debit card payment transactions processed with “real-time” authorization, i.e., immediate acceptance or rejection. At a minimum, all transactions require; Purchase, Void, Refund, Chargeback and partial payment. The credit and debit card readers must be certified as PCI compliant and must be able to process chip-and-pin cards in addition to magnetic striped cards. They also must have tap capability as well as a manual entry option. They must be fully PCI DSS and other relevant security standards such as PA-DSS, PCI, and PTS etc., compliant and maintain appropriate certifications. The Golf Course currently has (3) Magtek magnetic stripe swipe card readers which are to be replaced as part of the bid at the time of contract execution. The processor software must fully interface with Chelsea Information Systems POS software.
