House Doctors and their consultant teams will be asked to perform investigations, feasibility studies, certifiable studies, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for smaller projects, typically with estimated construction cost less than $10,000,000. The scope of work may also include, but will not be limited to; strategic planning efforts and/or planning level analysis, single building studies, renovations, additions, repairs, system upgrades, commissioning services, and/or smaller scale improvements for multiple buildings over the term of the contract.
