Specifications include, but are not limited to: implementation of a new voucher management system for our Division of Rental Assistance. ; In addition, the IT Project Manager will coordinate internal stakeholders including Executive office of Technology and Security Services and Regional Administering Agencies (RAA) that manage the housing voucher programs for EOHLC. The IT Project Manager will lead the following project phases: development/implementation, testing, change management, pilot and launch of the solution. The Project Manager will have a matrixed reporting structure with primary direction from EOHLC IT and “dotted line” direction from EOHLC program leadership. This project is expected to last 12-18 months.
