The Town of Wilmington (the “Town”) wishes to expand its recreational and athletic facilities. The Town is seeking responses from parties interested in designing, building and operating an attractive, efficient and sustainable multi-use field house facility. The community, through completed surveys, have indicated that they utilize indoor recreational facilities to participate in soccer, football, lacrosse, basketball, general fitness and walking as well as other activities. An indoor, multi-use field house facility would expand the ability for members of the community to participate in these indoor activities within their home town. Therefore, an indoor, multi-use field house facility might include, but is not limited to the activities listed above.
