Specifications include, but are not limited to: Weekly Services : Cut all lawn areas to a length of 2.5 inches, all clippings to be disposed of off site. Vertical string trim all walls, fences, foundations, curbs, sidewalks, shrubs, mulch beds, tree trunks, poles, and any other object within or immediately adjacent to the lawn areas. All trimming debris shall be raked off lawns, swept/blown off sidewalks and paved areas, and disposed of off site. Weed and remove all debris from all mulch beds, curbing, gravel/stone/brick walkways, and any other regularly maintained area within the property boundaries. Fall Cleanup : Remove all leaves, sticks, trash, sand and debris from entire property including walkways. Spring Cleanup & Mulch Application : Edge all beds / previously edged areas to a depth of 6 inches. Remove and replace all existing bark mulch with like kind to maintain depth of 3”. Power rake or rake by hand all lawn areas to remove matted grass and debris and dispose of off site. Remove all leaves, sticks, trash, sand and debris from entire property including walkways. (Parking lots are not sanded in winter; sand may exist from snow/ice falling from vehicles) . Pruning . All shrubs, bushes and other ornamental plantings on entire property to be done by qualified professional personnel using recognized and approved methods and techniques. . Lawn Treatment: Round 1 - Spring: Apply balanced fertilizer and pre-emergent herbicide; Round 2 – Early Summer: Apply balanced fertilizer and broadleaf herbicide; Round 3 - Summer: Apply balanced granular fertilizer. Round 4 – Early Fall: Apply balanced time released fertilizer.
