This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) is seeking a commercial contractror that will provide two 5-day, 4-night, and over-night co-ed adventure summer camp experiences for Massachusetts National Guard (MANG) children and youth (ages 9-15) with qualifying housing and dining facilities (see date sets in Section 1.0 and 1.2) . The camp shall gather military children and youth from around Massachusetts to assist them in making connections and developing a peer group with other military youth through shared adventure experiences in a traditional camp environment, which will require sleeping rooms, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and social-recreational activities. The intent of the camp sessions is to build skills necessary to prepare campers to assume roles as successful adults. In addition, camp provides growth experiences for youth that can benefit them through adulthood in areas such as self-confidence, independence, making friends, and exploring and learning new activities. Additionally, the contractor is expected to be a partner with the MAARNG in continuously improving the quality of programs and service offered to customers as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Period of Performance:
Sunday July 21, 2024, to Friday July 26, 2024 and Sunday July 28, 2024, to Friday August 2, 2024.
Evaluation Criteria:
(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
Basis of Award is Price Only.
(b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
Submission of Quotes:
Proposed prices shall be firm fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all labor, materials, lab fees, and associated services required to provide the medical surveillance examinations as described in the PWS.
