Specifications include, but are not limited to: rebuild and redesign the MassWoods.org and MassKeystone.net websites to consolidate them in a Drupal 10 environment. Specifically, the MassKeystone.net website shall be integrated into the larger website of MassWoods.org. This redesign shall occur iteratively with the UMass team. We expect that website design and website development will have many interim deliverables that will be refined with feedback from the UMass team; the Vendor should allow for modifications to their proposed design in their timeline to account for this feedback. This effort shall result in a consolidated MassWoods MassKeystone website that: Is easy to update for content administrators Has a modern design that captures the look and feel of the MassWoods and Keystone material, while also adhering to UMass branding requirements Presents an accessible design and codebase built to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Level AA standards Before launching the website, the website re-design and development shall undergo quality control testing by the Vendor and by the UMass team. The Vendor shall conduct a series of trainings with the Client to prepare them to use and manage the new system, and they shall launch the website.
