1. Vendor must have the capabilities to perform all aspects of motorcycle general repair, to include but not limited to, the following components and systems; engine, drivetrain, body panels suspension, bearings, wheel/tire repairs, braking system, cooling system, exhaust system, fuel system. 2. Vendor shall complete all repairs using new Harley Davidson OEM replacement parts. After market parts may be used only if HD OEM part(s) has been discontinued, or with approval and authorization of the WPD garage. 3. Vendor shall have permanent bays at the service location suitable for motorcycles and equipment repair. Motorcycles must be housed indoors at all times when in possession of vendor. 4. Vendor shall also be capable of electrical repairs, to include upfitted emergency lighting & siren equipment. 5. Vendor shall have parts available to the City of Worcester upon request. Markup of repair parts must not exceed 15% above vendor’s net cost. City reserves the right to request backup documentation for any quote request. 6. All work shall be performed at the vendor’s location or at a location agreed upon by the vendor and WPD.
