Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Responsibilities for this project will include, but are not limited to: • 5 months of planning and relocating occupants of UML Wannalancit building and related critical path items • Evaluation & Inventory of existing equipment and other items in Ames & Tsongas Garage for evaluation and either removal or relocation to other UML locations this should include pictures and organized spreadsheet • Meetings – Utilize standard UML agenda, prepare minutes, and run (as needed) the following meetings: o Move coordination meetings with our project team - these will likely be Planning, “Check point” and ▪ Postmortem meetings (assume 5meetings) o Move coordination meetings with end-users (Bi-weekly for all moves beginning in August through move in). o Meetings as needed for consultation/ lab coordination services with UML Project Team or Partner Researchers
