Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Chelsea Department of Public Works seeks to lease 30 standard parking spaces for use as vehicle parking for employees and approved visitors. A. Location All 30 spaces shall be located within one quarter mile of City Hall (500 Broadway, Chelsea MA 02150). B. Time Parking spaces shall be available for use during regular City Hall business hours plus one hour before and one hour after: Monday: 7:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 7:00am – 8:00pm Wednesday: 7:00am – 5:00pm Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm C. Lease Term The requested lease term is two fiscal years, base year October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025 and one renewal for October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026 with one year an option to extend the sole discretion of the City. D. Enforcement The City of Chelsea will issue dashboard placards to all approved vehicles. E. Maintenance The City will maintain the parking area free of debris and trash. With prior approval of the Lessor, the City will annually reapply pavement marking or other signage to designate parking spaces.
