Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Chelmsford, acting through its Town Manager, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified ice-skating rink operators to manage, operate and maintain the Chelmsford Forum as a first-class ice-skating facility without expense to the Town of Chelmsford. The services to be provided include management, maintenance, operation, and improvement of the rink as a public rink in accordance with a formal management agreement. The successful proposer shall continuously operate the Chelmsford Forum as an ice-skating rink available for use by the general public with sufficient personnel to maintain the building and grounds, collect fees, schedule ice time, and insure a continuous operation for the minimum period from September 1 through April 30.
