Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Banks (the Division) is looking to procure a service agreement for continued professional consultant services for the ongoing organizational assessment of the agency. The Division seeks assistance in services to position the agency for the future including: modeling and benchmarking of the agency’s revenue assessment structure, organizational review and recommendations to best align staff with the agency’s mission; ongoing support of budget and staffing needs, and subsequent reviews, presentations, and assistance related to the strategic positioning of the Division. The Division looks forward to collaborating with experienced consultants who have an established expertise and understanding of the work of the agency in the role as a financial regulator; the staffing and production goals of the Division’s units; the agency’s revenue and assessment structure; and the unique challenges and opportunities within the state government structure as well as with state and federal regulatory agencies and associations.
