The existing unit is a McQuay LSL-106 AHU with 5WM1010B chilled water (CHW) coil that will be disposed of. The unit is to be replaced with a Daikin BCHD0301 AHU or equivalent that shall be installed alongside all necessary ductwork, piping, and related accessories. The City is also seeking separate pricing for the alternate replacement of an existing Sterling QVD-250S duct heater with a like unit.
