Phebe Ave – Sarah Ave to Bodwell Ave - Reclamation, 2” HMA Binder, 1.5” HMA Top, Curb R&R (Curb R&S should be stockpiled at this location for infill purposes), Cement Concrete WCR, 6’ HMA sidewalks, and driveways on both sides, thermoplastic pavement markings. 3. Magnolia St – Varnum Ave to Pawtucket Blvd. - Drainage Structures, Reclamation, 2” HMA Binder, 1.5” HMA Top, Cement Concrete WCR, HMA Monolithic berm, thermoplastic pavement markings. 4. Third St – Bridge St to Simpson St - Drainage Structures, HMA Milling, 1.5” HMA Top, Curb R&R (as needed for WCR only), Cement Concrete WCR, 7’ HMA sidewalks and driveways on both sides, thermoplastic pavement markings. - New VA4 at Intersection with Read Street which will be reconstructed with the addition of curb bump outs. 5. Douglas Rd – Andover St to Gersom Terrace - Clearing and Grubbing, Drainage Structures, Reclamation, 2” HMA Binder, 1.5” HMA Top, Curb R&R, New VA4 Curb to infill, Cement Concrete WCR, 4’ - 6’ HMA sidewalks and driveways, thermoplastic pavement markings, restoration of grass strip. - Road width and curb will be re-aligned from Glenwood St to Glenellyn Rd. - Sidewalk only restoration from Andover St to Glenellyn Rd and Reilly School entrance to Hovey St. - New sidewalk construction on one side of Glenwood Rd to Glenellyn Rd and Hovey St to Gersom Terrace.
