Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Massachusetts Building Authority (the “Authority” or “UMBA”) is issuing this Request for Proposals to Operate a Sports and Entertainment Venue at the Edward A. LeLacheur Park, the University of Massachusetts Lowell (“RFP”). The Authority is pursuing proposals that will provide the details and terms for utilizing the Edward A. LeLacheur Park (“LeLacheur Park” or the “Park”) in a manner that will enhance the sports and entertainment opportunities for the local and surrounding communities with shared use by the University of Massachusetts Lowell (“UML”) as detailed in this RFP. UMBA will evaluate submissions of all respondents (“Respondents”) pursuant to the evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP.
