1. Visit each of the following seven (7) locations once on a rotating schedule. During each visit we require the security guard to walk the property including parking lot, all stairwells and floors, including basement to ensure that there are no concerns in any location. Security guards are required to contact the Holyoke Police Department, if necessary, to report or prevent illegal activities. 2. Contractor shall provide a Daily Activity Log in a form to be approved by the HHA. Log to include time duration of each location visit, tenant activities in violation of the resident lease (copy of lease to be provided to the selected contractor), recording of name or unit number and the violation. Log to also include any of the following concerns within the development: a. Outside and/or excessive foot traffic; b. Illegal activities or suspected criminal/illegal activity; c. Safety issues, including but not limited to: i. Lighting concerns (i.e. dim or damaged lighting) ii. Trip hazards; iii. Broken glass, and iv. Vandalism d. Excessive noise in or around the complex; e. Graffiti; and, f. Loitering Log to be emailed daily to the HHA Director of Property Management and Facilities Manager. 3. Contractor will ensure that all assigned security guards wear the appropriate uniform at all times while performing duties.
