The Office of Behavioral Health Promotion and Prevention (OBHPP) seeks to enter into a Statement of Work with a vendor with expertise in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiative planning. The vendor will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal landscape, review responses from the Request for Information (RFI) issued by OBHPP (which received 50 submissions, submissions subject to a 10-page limit) and facilitate 4-6 listening sessions to engage stakeholders who did not participate in the RFI process. (See copy of RFI - Office of Behavioral Health Promotion and Prevention. ) Based on this landscape analysis - including internal landscape review of behavioral health promotion and prevention across various State agencies, RFI responses, and listening session insights - the vendor will develop a detailed assessment and findings report designed to assistance OBHPP in its strategic plaining. As a result of this work OBHPP expects to identify actionable initiatives and engage in system design and begin implementing new behavioral health promotion and prevention activities. The Vendor will be expected to assist OBHPP in such efforts, including participating in the drafting of necessary procurement documents.
