Under this item on a yearly basis, the Contractor shall provide a qualified service technician to perform the general yearly preventative maintenance and service for the four (4) Boilers yearly during the duration of the contract. This task will be completed within one month of the Notice to Proceed and shall be the first inspection conducted. The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary or incidental for Service and Maintenance on four Lochinvar KB-801 boilers. As part of this Item 1B Yearly PM, all items listed under the maintenance item 1A shall be including (one time per four quarters) schedule of maintenance as noted below: Schedule of Maintenance Work to include: 1. Full “tear down” of the boiler per the manufacturer’s procedures. 2. Replacement of the ignitors, flame tubes, and condenser drain neutralizer media. 3. Any other inspection required per the manufacturers recommendation.
