Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.) The contractor shall cut, cap both ends of the underground 3” supply and return lines. Remove the 3” supply and return as required to install two new 3” butterfly valves in the boiler room and extend new above ground chiller lines from the boiler room through the building and out to the existing chiller. Insulate all exterior piping with new fiberglass insulation and wrap insulation with Metal jacket and Insulate all interior piping with new fiberglass insulation PVC jacket. Cutting, patching and firestop shall be included in your bid. 2.) Disconnect the domestic water supply line to dual temp system. Provide and install a manual glycol 55 gallon tank and pump with toggle switch and pipe to dual temp system with ball valve. Provide and install 5 – 55 gallon drums of 100% glycol. Use this glycol to reach 30% glycol in the system and leave remaining on site
