The awarding authority is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security agency to patrol two of our properties. One Armed Guard + Cruiser, Weekends only (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), 8 hours/day 8pm-4am. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, tenants, and personnel. You will handle patrolling the premises and enforcing security procedures. Additionally, you may have to respond to emergency situations and aid employees, tenants and visitors as needed. Responsibilities • Patrol around building and access points, perform two walkthroughs per building per night. • Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or theft. • Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any security or safety concerns. • Enforce access control procedures, including checking identification, screening visitors, and managing access badges. • Respond to alarms and emergency situations, providing prompt assistance to employees and visitors. • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities. • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. • Removing wrongdoers or trespassers from the area.
