Description

Town of Hull invites sealed bids for Phase 4 Outfall Maintenance: inspection and maintenance of the Hull WPCF's ocean outfall pipe diffuser section and restoration of full functionality to the outfall. Work substantially complete within 30 calendar days and completed and ready for final payment within 60 calendar days. Bid is subject to MGL, Chapter 30, Section 39M and is funded wholly, or in part, with ARPA monies and compliance with federal provisions is required. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. Questions related to bid must be received by 5 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2025. Sealed bids will be received electronically through BidNet until 10 a.m., April 9, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
