The Scope of Services will begin with a thorough review of any documents provided by the Town of Yarmouth, Library Planning Committee, and/or its Owner’s Project Manager (“OPM”), collectively “Town of Yarmouth”. As part of this review process, the Design Team shall review the Town’s information, site requirements, Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (“MBLC”) / Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program (“MPLCP”) Grant Regulations, and its budget to become familiar with the conclusions and recommendations presented in the documents. https://www.yarmouthlibraries.org/library-planning-cte/ Additionally, Design Team shall participate in planning meetings with Yarmouth and Library Planning Committee to garner information as to the needs of the Town with regard to the Yarmouth Public Library Project. The benchmark phases, including MPLCP are Conceptual or Preliminary Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, followed by the requisite Bid/Award, Construction Administration, Commissioning and Final Closeout.
