The treatment device shall be a precast 4’x 6’ Filterra Unit Curb Inlet Configuration by Filterra Bioretention Systems or approved equal. 2. Each unit shall consist of a precast concrete container together with an under drain system, filter media, grate, and appropriate landscape cover where applicable. 2.0 EXECUTION 1. The treatment device shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed recommendations, as shown on the DETAILS on file at the City of Worcester Engineering Department and in accordance with the following: A. The MANUFACTURER shall deliver the prefabricated unit to the project site. The unit shall remain on the bed of the delivery truck until lifted and set by CONTRACTOR. B. The CONTRACTOR shall dig a trench to design subgrade, lay and compact base material. a. Base material shall be 6” of class 2 aggregate base compacted to 95% relative compaction. C. The CONTRACTOR shall lift the unit and place in the trench so that the inlet and outlet connections meet the alignment as shown on the DRAWINGS
