All Bids shall be sealed, marked “2023-2024 Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt and Aggregates, endorsed with the name and business address of the bidder and addressed to: Jaime Flores, Procurement Administrator, 26 Central Street, Suite 32, West Springfield, MA 01089. Sealed proposals will be received in the Law Department until 10:00 AM on July 28, 2023. All electronic bids (preferred) can be submitted at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/townofwestspringfield

This will be a “Unit Price” contract for materials to be picked up at the bidder’s hot mix plant periodically throughout the term. The contract term will be August 14, 2023 through July 31, 2024.
