The Town of West Springfield, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for 2025 HOT MIX ASPHALT PAVING & RELATED WORK (IFB #25-0038). All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §26 to 27H inclusive. Federal Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the United States Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon Act also apply to this project.
