Description

The Town of West Springfield, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking a qualified firm to perform the Town’s drinking water system cross connection control program in accordance with Massachusetts Drinking Water Regulations 310 CMR 22.22. The services shall include testing, surveying, consulting, and regulatory advice and support.

All proposals for the project are subject to the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
