Description

The Town of West Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Painting Contractors for Painting and Abatement Work (IFB #23-0002-01). This project is for the scraping, prepping and painting of the specified areas at the following schools: Tatham Elementary School and John Ashley School with a budget of $150,000.00. The existing paint shall be treated as Lead Paint. This work includes the removal and replacement of the existing caulking around the windows and sills. There is also asbestos abatement associated with the existing caulking that is required as part of this project.
