Description

The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of the West Springfield Middle School track. Bids are in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 §39M. Wages are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §26 to 27H inclusive.

There will not be a pre-bid walkthrough. Potential proposers are encouraged to visit the West Springfield Middle School Track located at 31 Middle School Dr, West Springfield, MA 01089 on their own to familiarize themselves with the site. No site visits can occur Monday - Friday before 2:00 PM.
