Tuscola County will be accepting bids on Lawn Mowing of County property in the City of Caro, and a Park in Wisner Township. The following specifications shall be considered in your bid: 1. Contractor is responsible for Mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup of lawn debris, and cleaning of walkways of grass clippings. 2. Contractor is responsible for the entire lawn area, including but not limited to, the inside of fencing, dog runs, and Guy wire enclosures. 3. Mowing to be completed a minimum of once per week, unless due to lack of rain. 4. Trimming minimum once per week, edging as needed. 5. Vanderbilt Park to be mowed before Friday or a national holiday of each week, and not before 9am. No weekends or Holidays. . 6. Tuscola County will complete a spring cleanup and repair lawns damaged from snowplowing. 7. Contractor will be responsible for clean up during the season of minor debris. 8. Please see page two for locations for these properties. 9. Contractor shall be insured and provide copy of liability insurance and workmen’s comp. 10. Contractor is to provide all necessary materials, and equipment. 11. All work is to be completed by qualified personnel.
