A. Propose menu for main course, beverages, and dessert for event (possibly a salad). Final decision on menu shall upon approval from LTBB Mental Health Manager. B. Work with LTBB Behavioral Health Department on final menu and set up. C. Arrangements to obtain early access for prep with the LTBB Behavior Health Manager. D. Shop for supplies, meal prep, clean-up after meal, and disposal of leftover food and food scraps. E. Provide all materials to create main dish, beverages, dessert, condiments, and paper products for approximately 125 people. Sides to be provided by Community members. F. Prepare and serve food buffet style in accordance with food safety standards G. Meal to be provided from 5pm to 8 pm on October 11, 2024. H. Responsible for cooking, serving buffet style, and clean up needs
