Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide high quality daily recordkeeping and administration services for 457 retirement plans as a regular course of business, as well as being able to demonstrate technical expertise.; 2. Administer an open architecture fund line-up with no proprietary fund requirement, with the possible exception of a capital preservation product.; 3. Offer a competitive, transparent fee structure with systems to support participant fee equalization strategies.; 4. Accurately and fully disclose all fund expense and revenue sharing arrangements associated with all investments available to the plans and participants.; 5. Provide on-site, telephone, and virtual support for participants which achieves effective communication, education, and guidance in preparing for retirement and overall financial wellness.; 6. Provide comprehensive and customizable plan level reporting.; 7. Work cohesively with PearlStreet Investment Management of Stifel throughout the RFP process, and continue to work cohesively with PearlStreet if selected as the Plan provider.; 8. Provide information on new and pending legislation that affects retirement plans.
