Printing servicesinclude: • Property Tax Bills o Summer Property Tax Bill (mailed late June) o Winter Property Tax Bill (mailed late November) o Adjusted Tax Notices (generally two times per year) • Delinquent Notices and Invoices o Accounts Receivable (A/R) Invoices (monthly) o Delinquent Real (Special Acts) and/or Personal Property Assessment Notices (quarterly) • Escheatment Letters • Taxpayer Correspondences o Various letters, postcards, tri-fold flyers, surveys, and brochures (on an asneeded basis) 2. Mailing services encompass, but are not limited to, the following offerings: A.
