A. This division includes the demolition and removal of foundation. B. Existing rubbish, trash and junk apart from that of demolished building shall be removed and the entire site left clear of such materials. Except as otherwise shown or stipulated, the demolition work herein stipulated shall be carried to completion. C. All demolition and constructions shall be done in accordance with procedure as established at time of signing the Contract and which shall be scheduled in cooperation with the owner’s occupancy requirements and with a minimum of inconveniences to the other. D. In accordance with the Air Pollution Control regulations of the Michigan department of Public Health, the open burning of debris from demolition of building will not be permitted. The contractor shall dispose of all debris in a sanitary landfill that has been approved by local authorities having jurisdiction.
