Create a flexible, informative website that is easy to maintain and is also mobile friendly. Bidder must develop a modern and individualized site (not a template that multiple clients use) that can deliver large amounts of constantly changing information to our key audiences. In addition to designing a user-friendly site with an intuitive interface, staff must be able to update site information using CMS. LCPS would also like to include a password protected interface allowing employees to access secured pages, providing them with organizational resources relative to their jobs.
