1. Architecture Services. As needed and directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall perform a variety of architectural services. These services may include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Feasibility studies; b. Tendering services; c. Schematic design; d. Design development; e. Construction documentation; f. Post-construction services; g. Peer review and consultation. 2. Structural Engineering Services. As needed and directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall perform a variety of structural engineering services. These services may include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Structural assessment, including historic/heritage structures; b. Structural modifications and additions; c. Structural and selective demolition design and scopes of work; d. Forensic engineering; e. Peer review and consultation. 3. Mechanical Engineering Services. As needed and directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall perform a variety of mechanical engineering services. These services may include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Technical reviews; b. Energy, recovery, and usage audits; c. Energy management and controls; d. Feasibility studies; e. Wastewater and vent systems; f. Plumbing design; g. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; h. Indoor air quality studies; i. Geothermal systems; j. Professional review and consultation. 4. Electrical Engineering Services. As needed and directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall perform a variety of electrical engineering services. These services include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Data services; b. Security systems; c. Fire and life safety systems; d. Telecommunications & IT systems; e. Power distribution systems; f. Standby generation; g. High/low voltage; h. Professional review and consultation. 5. Other Services. As needed and directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall perform other related services. These services may include, but are not limited to, the following: a. American Land Title Association (ALTA) / National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) Survey; b. Property Condition Assessments.
