Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, mounting hardware, supplies and services necessary for the design, fabrication, and installation of the exhibits included in their proposal. The Contractor selected for this project agrees to develop the entire exhibition plan, including conceptual design, fabrication, and installation, project narrative, exhibit budget, development schedule, visitor experience narrative, outline of major components, fabrication plans / shop drawings, installation schedules, budget estimates, and schedule of completion. The Contractor agrees to work in partnership with the MHC’s museum team, specifically the director of museums, exhibits manager, site historians, and interpretive planning partners. Completion of the entire exhibit project will take place in three phases: Conceptual / Schematic Design. Design Development. Final Design, Fabrication, and Installation.
