Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of work, Contractor should bid job according to scope of work and include labor, and all belts and filters to complete the yearly maintenance. Winter Maintenance - January Air Handlers (Qty 4) - AHU'S 1,3,and 5 at the High School and AHU-1 at upper elementary. Replace the filters,check bearings and grease with manufacturer recommended grease,check belts,dampers and actuators,and unit operation. Rooftop units (Qty 6) - Replace filters on all RTU'S at Lower Elementary School,visually inspect unit for any issues and check for proper unit operation. Unit Ventilators (Qty 22) - Replace the filters on Unit Ventilators in A wing, B wing,and C wing at Lower elementary School,inspect for any issues and check for proper unit operation. Pumps (Qty-4) - Grease boiler system pumps at the High School and upper elementary with manufacturer recommended lubricant. Check couplings and pump operation. Filters Needed: 12-18x18x2,12-12x24x1,20-12x20x1,28-16x25x2,49-16x20x2,24-20x20x2,4-20x24x2, 4-39x19 ¾ dynamic filters,28- 39x15 ¾ dynamic filters,4-20x25x2 ,2-20x35x2 *The contractor will be responsible for supplying the filters for all equipment.
