1. Provide Mechanical permit as required. 2. Provide Mechanical demolition as required per plans and specifications. 3. Provide and install all equipment, hangers, support structure, wall coring, ductwork, insulation, etc. for a complete HVAC system per plans and specifications. 4. Provide controls per plans and specifications. 5. Provide gas piping per plans and specifications. 6. Provide and install louvers per plans and specifications. 7. Provide test and balance per plans and specifications. 8. Provide duct cleaning per plans and specifications. 9. Provide and install sleeves, fire safeing and caulking at penetrations as required for HVAC per plans and specifications. 10. Daily cleaning per General Inclusions item #2 below. A. Provide submittals as listed in the instructions to bidders and specifications. B. Provide all required layout for this Bid Package’s work. C. Update Construction Manager’s as built drawings as work is performed.
