Community Engagement and Listening Sessions: The selected contractor should facilitate and hold no less than 5 listening sessions where they will engage a variety of stakeholders, including local municipalities, Economic Development Organizations (EDO’s), developers, and residents. The contractor will utilize these listening sessions to collect input on concerns, opportunities, and needs that will help refine the content and format of the Industrial Site Readiness Playbook. Detroit Regional Partnership will assist in identification of stakeholders. The contractor will be responsible for creating the agenda, managing outreach and attendance, conducting meeting facilitation and capturing the content for each of the community engagement sessions.
