1. Site review and/or visits may be required for new construction. 2. Participate in Design Review meetings as may be required by the chief architect. At the request of the developer there may be one or two meetings per project. 3. Review construction documents at the feasibility, design development and construction document phases for Standards of Design compliance. When meetings are called, they occur at MSDHA’s Lansing offices and include members of the development team and MSDHA staff. The development team includes the developer, design architect and contractor. 4. When construction documents meet the applicable Standards of Design send a memo to the chief architect stating your acceptance of the construction documents.
