II. SCOPE The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) has three cabins located at 27 Wilderness Park Dr., Carp Lake, MI 49718 for which Our Natural Resources Departments rents out to vacationers through the summer and early fall. LTBB is soliciting proposals to provide repair/maintenance services on cabin prior to rental season. A. Supply all equipment and supplies necessary to provide services. B. Work with Natural Resource Staff to gain access to the 3 cabins. C. Erect safety barriers and signage to cordon off work area for safety. D. Erect plastic barrier walls to contain dust and debris in work areas and place protective coverings on floors in work area by placing plastic sheeting over ducts, desks, counters and finished walls inside containment to mitigate contamination. E. All work is performed in accordance with the applicable building codes, safety standards, and adhere to the general provisions of the contract documents. F. Coordinate with LTBB Planning Department to obtain and needed permits and to schedule any needed inspections for completion of project G. Inspections are required, LTBB shall require copies of inspection reports. LTBB Planning Department shall supply contact information for inspectors. H. Contractor shall supply all materials required for completion of this contract. I. Provide the following Repairs/Maintenance for each below: • For Cabin #1, Contractor shall: o Replace window o Install new security doorknob o Hand wall Mount. • For Cabin # 2, Contractor shall: o Replace two (2) windows o Install new security doorknob • For Cabin # 3, Contractor shall: o Replace all windows o Remove Cabinet that separates kitchen from main room o Install screen door o Install new security doorknob J. Clean, remove, and dispose of all debris resulting from this project. K. Must be able to complete all work and remove equipment and debris by May 10, 2025
