Contractor agrees to disk soil to a minimum of 4” depth to cut remaining underlying root systems and adjacent sapling regeneration. If rainfall occurs between seedbed preparation and seeding, Contractor agrees to re-disk seedbed. Contractor agrees to apply fertilizer(s) at rates given in tables below. Contractor agrees to seed fields at a rate of 100 pounds per acre, using buckwheat. Contractor agrees to provide 5,650 lbs. of seed for fields totaling approximately 56.5 acres. Contractor agrees to cultipack fields (unless using seed drill) before and after seeding to ensure proper seed to soil contact. Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of all work-related debris from job site.
