Must meet the FMCSA and CVSA reporting standards (integrated software useable for entry as North American Standard level one inspection PBBT data entry). Must be compatible with inSPECT, ASPEN, and SafeSPECT. Must be able to measure each wheel end and display axle by axle results to identify pass/fail results. Must be a combined weight under 7,500 pounds so that it can be towed with a quarter ton (150/1500) series type vehicle not requiring a super duty vehicle. Device must include roller dynamometers (roller-dyno) and flat plate brake testers. Device must provide clear Pass/Fail per FMCSR 393.52a Device must weigh each axle.
